Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver high-quality camp programmes, ensuring they meet specified targets and provide an enjoyable experience for all participants.
Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of non-seasonal special events, training programmes for schools, and family-oriented activities to promote sustainable development within the section.
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including physical training coaches, camp staff, internal departments, external centers, and service providers, to ensure that camp programmes meet both internal and external quality assurance and professional standards.
Manage administrative responsibilities for the section, including budget planning, statistical reporting, and income and expenditure analysis.
Undertake additional ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of work experience, experience in camps and children's programmes is preferred.
Ability to work in outdoor camp environments and adaptability to shift duties.
Relevant certifications in leisure activities, arts and crafts, First Aid, and CPR/AED are beneficial.
Strong planning, organizational and time management abilities, with a keen sense of responsibility and efficiency.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, independent, practical problem-solving capabilities and capable of working under pressure; possesses a pleasant personality and genuine enthusiasm for camps and children's programmes.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
Work location : Tsim Sha Tsui and Lamma Island (if necessary)
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
