- Assist users/citizens in understanding and using the kiosk by providing step-by-step guidance
Job Requirements:
- Experienced in customer services
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, patience, empathy, product knowledge, technical proficiency, teamwork, flexibility, and a polite, positive attitude.
- Work location: Tung Chung/Tai Po/ Kwai Tsing/ Sham Shui Po/Wong Tai Sin / Southern (Either one)
- Work hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
