Responsibilities:
Provides strategic solutions to achieve client’s business objectives.
Manages end-to-end project management from briefing, concept development, creative strategy, production, time and budget management, execution etc to launch.
Supervises Assistant Event Executive
Works closely with designers and vendors to ensure quality deliverables under good time management.
Any other support duties as required by supervisors
Requirements:
Tertiary education or other equivalents.
At least 1-2 years of solid account experience gained within an agency or client-side environment.
A good team player who is passionate, proactive, and yet independent, self-motivated with a ‘Can-Do’ attitude.
Eyes for details and good interpersonal skills to connect with internal and external parties.
Efficient time management, organisation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a MUST.
Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Required to work on weekends or holidays if needed.
The candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Executive.
