Job Highlights

Responsibilities

  • Assist Manager to provide day-to-day property management of a mixed portfolio
  • Prepare property budget, monthly reports, and meeting minutes
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants on tenancy management matters
  • Attend meetings with clients and IOs, including after office hours if necessary

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in property management, facilities management or a related discipline
  • 1-2 years’ relevant experience in property management
  • Must work well independently as well as part of a team
  • Self-motivated, hardworking and willing to learn
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
