Position: Junior Chef/ Commis Chef

Recruiting for a family-owned Italian restaurant with a passion for authentic cuisine and exceptional service. With a seating capacity of 55, it is a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests. Seeking a motivated and willing to learn Junior/Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.
Responsibilities
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: Dinner Service Only
(Shift: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM - 10:30/11:00 PM)
Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays: Brunch and Dinner Service
(Shift: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM, with a 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM break)

Requirements
Previous experience in a professional kitchen, preferably with Italian cuisine
Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
