Duties & Responsibilities:

• Check and verify the proper operation of the Smart-card System;
• Monitor the payment of wages and MPF contribution and the daily records which based on the Wage Books prepared by the Contractor and Sub-contractors;
• Verify the records submitted by the Contractor and Sub-contractors;
• Conduct regular site visits to promote the monitoring system and to establish contacts with Contractor’s Labour Officer to obtain feedback;
• Be responsible for receiving complaints from workers on any matters relating to the payment of wages and other employment conditions;
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

• (i) Attained Level 2 or equivalent or above five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (including Chinese Lanaguage, English Language and Mathematics) or equivalent; or
• (ii) Attained Level 2/ Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (including Chinese Lanaguage, English Language (Syllabus B) and Mathematics) or equivalent; and
• Full-time working experience on personnel management or human resources related duties and good job records; and
• good command of both oral and written English and Chinese; and
• good computer knowledge; and
• preferably have completed a post-secondary certificate programme on human resources or personnel management.
• Immediate available is advantage.
