工作範圍：

• 做好宴會食譜的烹飪工作，提供火候適當，色、香、味具備，有特色的菜餚及中西美點；
• 做好餐前的各項準備工作；
• 妥善、熟練操作廚房的設備，防止火災隱患及事故發生；
• 做好器皿、廚具、食物櫃的衛生及清理工作；
• 做好食品原料質量的把關工作，確保出品的水準；
• 做好烹飪工作結束後的清理工作；
• 做好上級交辦的其他工作；
• 對所在地的法例、各監管機構的法規或守則、銀行的方針政策、相關的風險管理政策與程序，以及相關的規章制度予以遵行，識別、控制工作上所潛在或存在的各類風險，並及時向上級及相關單位匯報，因應情況制定整改措施及作出跟進。

要求:

• 完成烹飪學校專業。
• 經考核合格、具專業資格的廚師。
• 在四星級或以上酒店從事5年或以上廚師的經驗。
• 熟悉不同地區、不同民族的生活習性、喜好；
• 熟悉不同菜系的特點及區別
