Duties: The appointee will lead student recruitment and liaison with chief executives in big corporations. The appointee also needs to involve in programme management, development and top global universities and institutions liaisons. The responsibilities include programme design and development, course promotion and marketing, teachers and speakers recruitment, class monitoring and course delivery at the postgraduate level, day-to-day programme administration, and liaison with students, teachers and professional bodies. The appointee will be based in Hong Kong and required to travel to the Mainland from time to time.
Requirements: Candidates should at least possess a master’s degree with minimum 15 years relevant experience in the area of finance, management or marketing related fields. Strong leadership and supervisory skills and capability to manage resources effectively, strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) are required. Programme management experience at postgraduate level or corporate training is preferable, and working experience in the Mainland will be a definite advantage.
Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review. A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract. Medical benefits, annual leaves and the use of library facilities will be provided where applicable.
