HR and Operations Director

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR and Operations Director to lead our human resources and operational functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies while also overseeing operational processes to drive efficiency and productivity across the organization.

 

Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with organizational goals

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

- Handle employee relations matters, performance management, and training and development initiatives

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

- Administer benefits programs and payroll processing

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

 

Operations:

- Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and optimal efficiency

- Collaborate with department heads to streamline operational processes and improve cross-functional communication

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and quality

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to optimize operational expenses

- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes


Requirements: 

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

-  At least 8-10 years’ relevant HR work experience in HR and operations management roles

- Strong knowledge of HR practices, operational processes, and project management

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure

- Proficiency in HRIS, operational software, and Microsoft Office Suite
