Work closely with business stakeholders to gather their inputs and develop insurance service catalogue and document the AS-IS insurance process architecture & process models & controls
Create clear and concise document detailing the process steps and requirements (user stories/BRD or functional specification) for the core insurances process namely New business & policy setup, Policy Owned Services, Claims, Billing & Collection
Must be familiar with insurance standards such as ACCORD or IBM Insurance Reference Architecture
Prepare and maintain documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories and data dictionaries
Identify process gaps, pain points and areas of improvements in process, systems to bring in efficiency to insurance operations
Provide regular updates on project status, clearly communicate requirements, and manage stakeholder expectations
