Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather their inputs and develop insurance service catalogue and document the AS-IS insurance process architecture & process models & controls 
• Create clear and concise document detailing the process steps and requirements (user stories/BRD or functional specification) for the core insurances process   namely New business & policy setup, Policy Owned Services, Claims, Billing & Collection
• Must be familiar with insurance standards such as ACCORD or IBM Insurance Reference Architecture
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories and data dictionaries
• Identify process gaps, pain points and areas of improvements in process, systems to bring in efficiency to insurance operations 
• Provide regular updates on project status, clearly communicate requirements, and manage stakeholder expectations
