Officer, Human Resources & Administration (C&B) Contract

Responsibilities:
Responsible for payroll calculation and execution for 100 employees
Responsible for variable pay calculations such as commission and incentives
Input data into payroll software and maintenance of staff information
Prepare monthly MPF remittance statements and payments for submission
Manage benefits administration, including but not limited to leave management and medical benefits
Prepare Hong Kong tax reporting and respond to inquiries from employees, local regulators, and tax authorities
Ensure Labour Law and Regulations compliance
Supervise an administrative staff to perform office administrative duties
Assist with various HR and administration activities.
This will be a 6-month contract role which will be renewable
Requirements:
University Degree / High Diploma graduate in BA/Human Resources & Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior position)
Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & Labor Law
Proficiency in advanced MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot table)
Experience with HRIS/Payroll system from HR21 (e.g., HR-Elite2) or equivalent will be an advantage
Good communication with people at all levels, internally and externally
Able to work independently, self-motivated, well-organized, detailed, and multi-tasking
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
