Responsibilities:
 

  • Responsible for payroll calculation and execution for 100 employees
  • Responsible for variable pay calculations such as commission and incentives
  • Input data into payroll software and maintenance of staff information
  • Prepare monthly MPF remittance statements and payments for submission
  • Manage benefits administration, including but not limited to leave management and medical benefits
  • Prepare Hong Kong tax reporting and respond to inquiries from employees, local regulators, and tax authorities 
  • Ensure Labour Law and Regulations compliance
  • Supervise an administrative staff to perform office administrative duties
  • Assist with various HR and administration activities.
  • This will be a 6-month contract role which will be renewable

Requirements:

  • University Degree / High Diploma graduate in BA/Human Resources & Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior position)
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & Labor Law
  • Proficiency in advanced MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot table)
  • Experience with HRIS/Payroll system from HR21 (e.g., HR-Elite2) or equivalent will be an advantage
  • Good communication with people at all levels, internally and externally
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated, well-organized, detailed, and multi-tasking
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
