Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and execute projects across various disciplines, including events, video production, animation, digital solutions, and graphic design, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations while staying within budget.
• Manage and handle diverse projects from planning to execution,  such as event management, video/animation production, website development, and social media campaigns.
• Prepare proposals and pitch projects to clients, covering concepts, budgeting, production, and logistic development.
• Collaborate with design, production, and digital teams to ensure the quality and timely delivery of services.
• Source and maintain good relationships with contractors and all working partners.
• Identify new opportunities for company business development.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in the agency/event industry preferred, with exposure to video production, animation, or digital and design projects being an advantage.
• Less experienced candidates will be considered for the position of Project Assistant.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude towards learning and the ability to communicate confidently both internally and externally.
