Job Descriptions 

• Manage a team to handle the full spectrum of leasing services 
• Develop and implement leasing strategies and tenant mix
• Negotiate new lettings and renewal of leases to ensure the occupancy rate 
• Work closely with technical team for fitting-out works
• Collaborate with project team for revamp and asset enhancement works. 
• Prepare rental budget, coordinate with Finance on budgeting, rental forecast and credit control matters of the portfolio
  
  Requirements
   
• At least 12 years of retail leasing experience at sizable developer in HK
• Management experience is a must 
• Strong knowledge in retail market trend 
• Experience over 18 years will be considered as AGM
