About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Kwai Tsing District. This role is critical in managing and optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring efficient production, inventory planning, and timely delivery within China and Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Management: Oversee the entire supply chain system, including strategic sourcing, production coordination, inventory planning, and delivery logistics.
• Order Processing: Manage sales order processing and fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery and accurate shipping arrangements.
• Inventory Optimization: Implement supply consolidation and rationalization strategies to optimize inventory levels.
• ERP Management: Handle Order-to-Cash transactions and ensure data accuracy in the ERP system.
• Operational Efficiency: Ensure high-quality and efficient operational performance.
• 3PL Management: Liaise with third-party logistics providers to ensure compliance with company KPI standards.
• Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis reports to maintain data accuracy and support decision-making.
• Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve excellent customer service levels.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of supervisory experience in supply chain management. Experience in China trade is highly advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and strong computer literacy.
• Language Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
• Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, well-organized, independent, and capable of performing under pressure.
