Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce the IP rights, including identifying and addressing potential infringements.
• To provide guidance and support on IP matters, including product development and branding etc. 
• Responsible for company’s sample control.
• Conduct factory audit to make sure vendors comply with IP regulations.
• Proactively identify and resolve the potential IP infringements.
• Follow up the findings of customer’s IP audit by CAPA.
• Provide IP training to employees to increase their awareness and understanding of IP rules.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of IP assets and related documents.
• Keep updating on the changes of IP laws, regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Degree holder in quality management or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years’ experience in IP management, preferably in managerial position.
• Work experience in the toy industry is preferable.
• Strong compliance concept and able to implement the required regulations.
• Strong in handling multitasking and capable of prioritizing the deadlines.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-minded with strong judgement.
• Proficient in MS Office.  
• Work in Shenzhen and travel to Vietnam and other countries when required.
