End-to-end payroll processing for HK / Macau regularly and new hires
Preparation of leaver papers, including final payment computations, and other exit procedures
Prepare and support MPF/ORSO reporting, medical scheme administration, tax reporting, on-boarding preparation and audit exercises.
Assist in year-end processes, such as annual leave carryovers, salary reviews and bonus payments, rental reimbursement and filing annual tax returns
Assist in any ad hoc report as assigned (such as headcount reports)
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree holder in any discipline
At least 3 years relevant experience
Solid knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws and industrial relations
Detail-oriented, Strong growth mindset and learning agility
Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Immediately available is a highly preferred
