We are seeking a passionate and experienced Data Analytics Solutions Lead to drive the data strategy, manage a small analytics team, and deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute the data strategy and roadmap, aligning with organizational goals to enhance decision-making and business performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand their needs, providing data-driven insights and solutions that align with strategic objectives.
• Business Case Development: Lead the creation of business cases and return on investment (ROI) analyses for data projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and value delivery.
• Data Governance and Quality: Implement and oversee data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance across the organization.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Python to design and implement analytics solutions that meet business requirements and drive efficiencies.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team of data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation to deliver high-quality analytical outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Proven experience in data analytics, preferably within the insurance sector.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Python.
• Experience in developing and managing data strategies and roadmaps.
• Demonstrated ability to build business cases and perform ROI analyses.
• Solid understanding of data governance and quality management practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
