Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full set of accounts and month-end closing
• Assist in supervision of team members, review daily vouchers and ensure data accuracy in accounting system
• Assist in inventory management
• Assist in handling internal control enhancement project
• Assist in handling company secretarial works
• Support supervisor and provide support in ad hoc projects and assignments
• Assist in other accountings duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Accountancy
• Minimum 4 years of solid experience in handling full sets of accounts
• Experience in manufacturing and/or trading industry is a must
• Proactive work attitude, able to learn & adapt quickly to new systems &/or processes, detail-minded, well-organized, responsible and self-motivated
• Proficiency in MS Excel & Word, experienced in ERP system and FlexAccount will be an advantage
• Team player and with good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Putonghua & Cantonese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Accountant
