Edelman, SHI and Edco Group – one of the leading importer of FMCG  in Europe with a large range of customers, from DIY, Garden Centers, retailers, - we are expanding our team in HongKong and are now seeking a high caliber candidate for the following position:

Job Duties:

• Follow up purchase and Sales orders
• Liaise with suppliers, forwarders, local buying offices/overseas customers and merchandising team for   delivery arrangement
• Handle logistics related documents including invoice, LC document, packing list…etc
• Work closely with customers and internal departments in Hong Kong and overseas to ensure operation efficiency
• Problem solving on order fulfilment 
• Ad hoc work from Head office 
• Liaise with the quality department either internally or third parties.
• Be the linking pin between the merchandisers based in Hong Kong and sales / sales support in the Netherlands 

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in logistics / supply chain management or related discipline with supervisory experience 
• 2 to 3 years relevant customer service/order management(direct import) & logistics experience especially in China export arrangement
• Proficiency in computer software such as MS Word and Excel
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Usage of ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics is preferred
• Good communication skill, written and verbal 
• Be responsible, good teamwork and willing to work under pressure
• Sound knowledge in trading business
• Immediate available is preferred
