Responsibilities:

• To develop and plan marketing strategies that resonate with CCDC’s mission, vision, and unwavering commitment to Hong Kong’s vibrant dance landscape
• To implement fundraising initiatives and ensure the sustained growth and impact
• To meticulously execute high-impact marketing and fundraising campaign
• To oversee all facets of physical and digital publicity, including astute management of production promotion material, social media channels and the company website
• To cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including patrons, sponsors, and collaborators
• To lead the marketing team, fostering creativity and driving business development.

Qualification:

• University graduate with minimum 6 years of solid relevant experience in marketing, public relations, brand building and fundraising
• Be exceptionally creative and truly driven to create a great buzz for our dynamic organisation
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills in both Chinese and English
• Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willing to work overseas and irregular hours
• Passionate in performing arts and strong network in performing arts industry is an advantage
• Candidate with more experienced will be considered as Senior Marketing Manager.
