Prepare full set of accounts including journal entries, accounts receivable, lease transaction, inter-company balances and month-end closing independently
Prepare weekly sales, account reconciliations and management reports on regularly basis
Prepare and distribute bi-weekly AR aging reports and collection efforts
Closely work with the operation teams and provide solutions in finance prospective
Coordinate periodic and year-end stock count and ensure accurate inventory record
Liaise with auditors and prepare audit materials
Prepare ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Holder of Diploma in accounting or above
Preferable with minimum 5 years working experience in accounting or auditing field
(Less experiences will be consider as an Assistant Accountant)
Knowledgeable in SAP is a plus
Proficient in MS office especially in Excel e.g. Pivot table, V-lookup is a must
Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
Self-motivated, comfortable working under pressure, sound analytical mind and good team player
Ability to stick to time constraints and meet tight deadlines
