Position: Project Manager (Five-Day Work Week) 
Location: Hong Kong (TST)
Package: HK$50K – 65K Per Month 
 

Key Responsibilities:  
 

• Be responsible for the overall management of Application Development & System Implementation project and all PM deliverables;
• Supervise sizable project team in multiple locations and coordinate with business users’
• Control resources, time and budget and properly manage the possible risk of the projects;
• Manage negotiation, conflict and resolve problems, and
• Report to PMO in a timely manner and follow up potential opportunity in contract variation

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other IT related disciplines
• Agile & Scrum and PRINCE2/PMP certified
• 10 years or above IT experience, with at least 4 years in the capacity of Project Manager 
• Familiar with various project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum and Waterfall
• Experience in large scale IT projects with multiple parties in public sector, construction and estate development industry
• Business and customer oriented with strong technical competency
• Powerful leadership, strong determination, fast decision making and target driven character
• Excellent communication skills with all project stakeholders in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Experience in web-based architectures, new technologies such as AI, IoT, Big Data and Blockchain is a plus
• Immediate availability is definitely an advantage
