We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Customer Relationship & Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our customers, assisting in project coordination, and providing training on our systems to clients. 

  Requirements:  

  •          Higher Diploma or above (fresh graduates are also welcome) 
  •          1+ years of relevant working experience
  •          Excellent communication skills in both Cantonese and English 
  •          Strong written skills in both Chinese and English 
  •          Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  •          Proficient in Microsoft Office and other commonly used software 
  •          Friendly, patient, proactive, and eager to learn

  Responsibilities:  

  •          Facilitate communication between the company and school/parents customers 
  •          Provide system operation support to customers and resolve any issues that arise 
  •          Assist supervisors with project coordination 
  •          Foster communication between customers and other departments within the company 
  •          Provide training to customers on system usage 
  •          Candidates with more customer service experience will be considered for the supervisor position
