Duties & Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above offered by local institutions.
• Level 3 / Grade C or above HKDSEE / HKCEE, or Grade E or above in HKALE in Chinese Language is a must.
• Property Management Practitioner Licence (T1 / T2) is required.
• Working Location: Tseung Kwan O / Shau Kei Wan

• Two years supervision experience related to Property Management for Senior Property Officer is a must. Candidates have less related experience will be considered as Property Officer.

• To carry out general duties of property management in Public Rental Housing (PRH).
• Good command of both English and Chinese
• Well versed in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal skill
