For our prestigious commercial development in Central, we are inviting highly motivated and proactive candidates to take key roles in our resident site team. Successful candidates are expected to work in a collaborative design setting with top-tier professionals on this exciting project. 

Resident Architect (RA) 

• Architects with experience in design development drawings of large scale mixed use developments
• Minimum 6 years’ post qualification experience 
• Membership of HKIA / RA or equivalent is required
   

Resident Clerk of Works (RCOW) / Assistant Clerk of Works (ACOW)

• Minimum 5 years’ practical experience as Resident Clerk of Works.
• Minimum qualifications and experience required for TCP Grade T3.
• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies from Construction Industry Council  / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Technical College / Technical Institute / Institute of Vocational Education or equivalent.
• Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Clerk of Works

Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.
