Project Manager - Façade / MiC

A leading contractor specializing in innovative façade solutions and modular construction (MiC) systems. Our client takes pride in delivering high-quality, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing projects across housing, healthcare, and educational sectors. They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team.

Package:

• Guaranteed double pay over 13 months, plus an annual bonus (approximately one month's salary).

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle from conceptualization to completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections and factory visits as necessary to ensure that MiC and façade quality standards are met.
• Monitor project progress and resource allocation to ensure successful completion.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, specifically in façade or MiC projects.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
