Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager with end-to-end sourcing tasks.
• Prepare and ensure all tender and contract documents are accurate and complete.
• Finalize submission comparisons and identify preferred options according to company guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with various internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations process.
• Monitor the production process and liaise with vendors/suppliers directly for all purchased products
• Visit trade fairs and suppliers to expand and develop the supplier network in the commodity area.
• Provide support for team members and help train employees and trainees from other departments.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Merchandising, preferably working with pet items/accessories/products
• Strong proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
