Sales Executive (Promotional Premium for Asian Market)
Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Good interpersonal and communication skills, well-organized, patient, self-initiative
Excellent knowledge in MS office and SharePoint.
Valuable experience in gift & premium or sundry fields is preferable
Willing to learn, grow and creative
Responsibilities You communicate properly with our customers marketing and procurement team for enquiries, ideas and manage the full pre order stage such as:
Prepare quotations, proposals, and product information to customers.
Prepare reports and market updates.
Coordinate communication between different teams (shipping-/ sourcing- and order and financial management teams)
Develop and maintain good business relationship with our existing & new customers.
Optional prospect new potential clients
Perform ad hoc assignments from Director or clients.
Business Travel to Asia countries and Mainland China
Visit sourcing fairs
