About Your Role:
• Manage and process payroll for assigned employees
• Handle final payments, ensuring they are accurate and comply with company policies
• Administer medical benefits, including enrollment, claims processing, and communication with insurance providers
• Oversee pension plans, ensuring accurate record with-keeping and compliance with regulations
• Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries
• Collaborate with HR team members to ensure seamless HR operations
Does it sound like you?
• University Graduate in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• 3 years of Human Resources experience in C&B functions, preferably gained from sizable company
• Experience in using SAP Success Factor is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, extensive Excel (Lookup and Pivot Table) and Office 365
• Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Sensitive to figures
