Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the development of data modeling, data analysis, and other related tasks for TCL's digital transformation business.
2. Responsible for modeling, simulation, model optimization, and enhancement of problems in TCL's manufacturing or supply chain domains (e.g., demand forecasting, pre-allocation planning, production planning, workshop scheduling, and route planning).

Job Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above in Operations Research, Mathematics, Management Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related fields, with a solid foundation in statistics, data analysis, mining, and modeling.
2. Strong programming skills, proficient in at least one programming language such as Python, C, C++, or C#, with extensive experience in independently implementing and optimizing algorithms.
3. Sensitive to data, with strong learning ability, logical thinking, business understanding, and communication skills. Possess excellent problem analysis and solving abilities, work diligently, and show strong initiative.
4. Candidates with experience in production planning, workshop scheduling, and route planning projects, especially those with reinforcement learning project implementation experience, will be given priority consideration.
