Prestigious property developer based in Hong Kong with a brand that is reputable for developing retail, commercial and residential in Hong Kong. Upon recent business expansion, the Group is going to look for an Assistant Leasing Manager / Senior Leasing Officer to be responsible for the leasing management of the industrial & car park in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and facilitate leasing liaisons and coordination including new lettings, rent renewal, tenant management, leasing inquiry, leasing negotiation, and documentation of the leasing proposal.
• Build and maintain healthy relationships with tenants, customers, and property agencies
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for portfolio planning, new built development, and asset enhancement projects. 
• Prepare reports offer letters, tenancy agreements and leasing performance and business plans when necessary.
• Undergo market research on the rental trend & occupancy rate.
• Perform rental forecast, budgeting, and expenses from agency, fitting-out and marketing activities. 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Real Estate/ Marketing/Business Administration or related disciplines.
• At least 4 years of solid experience in leasing management within industrial properties and car park portfolios in Hong Kong.
• Previous working experiences in sizeable property developers are preferred.
• Proven track record in identifying new tenants and retaining high-quality tenants.  
• Energetic, highly motivated, strive for excellence and high level of accountability.
• Excellent in negotiation and interpersonal communication skill.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Less experienced applicants would be considered as Senior Leasing Officer.
