My client is a top international insurance company, currently they are seeking talented Customer Service Advisor (Call Centre) to drive their business.

Job Description:
Handles customer inquiries and complaints regarding all activities in individual Life insurance/ Group Medical/ Pension operation process
Responsibilities:
Handles customer inquiries and complaints from different channels (Call, Livechat, Email, Letter) regarding all activities in insurance policy Operation process such as Underwriting, Policy Owner Service, and Claims
Reports problems, potential crisis and complaint to supervisor for service improvement
Maintain good customer relationship and promote company services
Makes outbound call to customers for follow-up cases
Executes empowerment guidelines
Requirements:
Full Cert of HKDSE/ HKCEE
Candidate with CS exp. (Call Centre/ Banking/ Insurance/ Telecom, etc.)
IIQE Paper 1& 3 holder is essential, IIQE 2& 5 is preferred
Fast Pace with Good Communication Skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese & PC skills
Basic insurance knowledge would be definitely an advantage
