Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical guidance in the implementation of security solutions.
• Delegate tasks related to project execution, documentation, and post-sales support.
• Conduct daily system oversight, assist with helpdesk inquiries, and troubleshoot security issues.
• Ensure thorough documentation and organization of materials.
• Stay informed about current threats, vulnerabilities, mitigation strategies, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Higher Diploma in Cyber Security or equivalent IT qualifications
• Experienced in security technologies implementation using Firewall, VPN, EDR, NDR, DLP, IPS, Anti-Virus, APT, etc.
• Certification in Security Vendor Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks or Information Security disciplines CISA, CEH will be an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Service Engineer
