Responsibilities
- Assist to manage the procurement process for Bank facilities, service and/or IT equipment etc. in Group and Project levels
- Assist in evaluation and selection of vendors and suppliers
- Assist in tendering / contract and agreement negotiation with vendors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with Group procurement regulations and guidelines
- Keep accurate records of procurement activities
- Collaborate with other departments and Influence relevant stakeholders effectively
- Daily and monthly reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in managing procurement activities, experience in Information Technology company or handling technology product is an advantage
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Logical thinking, strong legal sense, good analytical skill and well-organized
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent planning and organization skills with ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
