Job Duties:

• Support project manager to maintain clear and consistent communication with the project teams. This includes providing updates, sharing feedback, and addressing any concerns promptly;
• Keep track of project documents, schedules, and deadlines helps the project manager stay organized. This includes updating project status, tracking progress, requesting tickets and ensuring all relevant documentation is current;
• Assist in the delegation and monitoring of tasks ensures that team members know their responsibilities and deadlines to identify potential bottlenecks in advance.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Project management
• Knowledge in Jira (Agile project tool), Cloud (Microsoft Azure) and System Integration - IT FE (.NET, Mobile), API, Database and BE (AS400)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
