Undertake patient registration, answer phone and counter enquiries, make appointment upon request and receptionist duties
Process correspondence and documents, including filing and record keeping
Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders, such as nurses, doctors, wards, patients and contractors
Handle daily payment transactions, patient admission registration and act as the telephone operator during overnight shifts
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Form 5 (HKCEE) / Form 6 (HKDSE) or above
Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
Multi-tasked with good communication skills
Minimum 2 years of working experience in customer services
Shift duty, including overnight shift, is required; job rotation to support other customer service teams may also be required
