Security Manager (Kowloon East) - $45,000+ per month, 5.5 days work !

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Contractor representative on-site, overseeing security operations for 9 hours daily.
• Supervise and maintain effective communication with the Security Center and Security Personnel.
• Conduct daily patrols to ensure safety and uphold staff discipline.
• Provide training to security staff and conduct investigations related to security incidents.
• Develop strategic plans and manage the deployment of security personnel.

Requirements:

• Degree from a Hong Kong institution or formal law enforcement training.
• Fluent in Chinese (including Putonghua) and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of security supervisory experience managing a site with at least 100 security staff, or 10 years in a law enforcement agency.
• Proven experience in training, risk assessment, and incident reporting.
• Strong integrity, self-discipline, and a clean driving record with a valid Class 1 & 2 driving license.
