Programme Highlight:

Throughout the 1-2 year career development programme, our Management Trainees will have the opportunity to work in various operational departments while participating in a series of on-the-job training. The trainees will meet our people and professionals from different fields and learn all aspects of operations. At the end of the programme, our Management Trainees will deepen their understanding of our business and excel in the role as one of our next generation leaders.

Upon successful completion of the Management Trainee Programme, our Management Trainees will be appointed as Supervisor or equivalent position in one of the Operational Departments and will manage their own team to achieve the Company goals and objectives for the business success.

 

Job Summary:

• Perform general restaurant floor duties.
• Learn from our professionals about all aspects of operations.

Requirements:

• Graduated in Hotel / Catering / Cuisinary or related disciplines
• Possess a genuine interest in developing a career in the Food & Beverage field
• Presentable, proactive and willing to learn
• Team player with good communication skills
• Good command of both English and Cantonese
