Responsibilities

• Lead a team (Person In-charge) of staff / contractor to perform inspection, checking, verification and supervision on maintenance / project activities for responsible building facility systems / equipment 
• Supervise the team to resolve related technical/safety issues during the work, and conduct testing & commissioning
• Support equipment failure investigation and recommend long-term improvement initiatives
• Assist in preparing the project completion handover and maintenance documentations regarding safety, operations, quality and environmental aspects

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic or Building Services Engineering or equivalent 
• A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level
• Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential

Remarks

• Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered 
• Required to perform shift duties and work on weekend and public holidays, when and where required
• Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
• The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
