Job Description:

• Provide support in coordinating catering services in the food production and canteen areas for Hong Kong Gourmet Limited
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, canteen staff, and other team members to deliver exceptional catering services to clients
• Monitor stock levels meticulously and place orders as needed to ensure continuous availability of necessary ingredients and supplies
• Monitor food quality consistently, ensuring that all orders are prepared and delivered in a timely manner 
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations by conducting regular inspections
• Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly
• Handle ad-hoc assignment as assigned 

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above 
• At least 5 years' relevant experience, preferably in the catering industry
• Independent, well organized & with good interpersonal skills
• A good team player, self-motivated with positive work attitude
• Knowledge of HACCP / Food Safety Management is definitely an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
