Job Duties:

• Working with Project Team in overseeing project scope, schedule, resource allocation, logistics, budgeting, quality, and risk management.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
• Proactively resolve project-related issues and maintain communication with the Project Team and corporate clients.
• Handle general administration tasks, including preparing meeting agendas, reports, and managing tender documents etc.

Job Requirement:

• Higher Diploma in related disciplines.
• At least 1 year of working experience in project management.
• Strong in customer service, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is preferred.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office software; knowledge of Power BI and/or Power Automate is an advantage.
