Location: Chai Wan
Experience in F&B is an advantage
(如果沒有F&B industry exp, 不懂POS系統, 但懂得用Quick Book system, 我們也會考慮的)
Job detail and requirement:
Reconcile store daily sales with POS and accounting system
Assist in month-end closing
Handle petty cash reimbursement
Filing and archiving relevant document
Perform ad hoc task as required
LCCI Higher or above level
At least 2 years of solid accounting experience
Experience in F&B is an advantage
(如果沒有F&B industry exp, 不懂POS系統, 但懂得用Quick Book system, 我們也會考慮的)
Proficient at PC Skill in MS office, especially Excel (advanced level), and knowledge in accounting system will be an advantage
Mature and positive attitude, independent, and detail-minded
Immediate available is highly preferred
Familiar with Quickbooks pro preferred
5 days work
Perform general accounting duties and book-keeping concerning payable, receivable and general ledgers, bank reconciliation, fixed assets register as well as bank related operations, prepare journal voucher, etc
Assist in overall office administration duties
