Job Duties:
- Lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of audio-visual equipment, including projectors, sound systems, video conferencing systems, and digital signage.
- Provide advanced on-site and remote technical support to clients, addressing complex issues related to audio-visual systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Requirement:
- F.5 or above
- At least 3-5 years’ post qualification working experience in the operation and maintenance work of supervisory audio visual system, video conference system and network device setup and management
- Relevant experience in the following is an advantage:
- Maintenance and fault repair of Video Wall, LCD Display, IOT controller, Display Servers, programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and data communication networks;
- Support the Video Control System Specialist to maintain and troubleshoot and resolve software issues; and
- System administration including Windows workstations and servers, QNX/Unix, crystal report, MS SQL, software programming, circuit design etc.;
