Job Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth (e.g., new acquisition) through paid advertising for invest business units.
• Manage and optimize CPA to meet business targets from invest business units.
• Perform end-to-end funnel analysis and compile meaningful and actionable insights to identify strategic growth marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive the end-to-end process of bringing growth initiatives from concept to launch, including consistent optimization of channel, platform, and acquisition (and reactivation) strategies.
• Oversee campaign executions in compliance with related regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking sector.
• Results-oriented with a proven track record of driving business growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to establish good working relationships with various stakeholders.
