Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and customer service strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the company's products/services, industry trends, and competitor offerings
  • Achieve individual and team-based sales and customer service targets and key performance indicators
  • Participate in the actual operation of the courses, work on rotating shifts during the course period to ensure the smooth running of the courses
  • Assist with other ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks as required

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or client-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Committed to providing exceptional customer service
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Familiarity with the forex market/ algo trading is preferred
