Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Proactively identify and address customer needs, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and customer service strategies
Stay up-to-date with the company's products/services, industry trends, and competitor offerings
Achieve individual and team-based sales and customer service targets and key performance indicators
Participate in the actual operation of the courses, work on rotating shifts during the course period to ensure the smooth running of the courses
Assist with other ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks as required
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or client-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Committed to providing exceptional customer service
Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
Familiarity with the forex market/ algo trading is preferred
