Job Requirement:
- Responsible for supporting the implementation of regional and local Human Resource (HR) initiatives as well as processes into the Branch. HR initiatives include attraction, selection, engagement and development etc., in order to align to the Bank’s direction/vision.
- To provide administrative support in employee engagement, e.g. on-boarding preparation, reference check for new joiners, preparation of letters and employment contracts, employment visa application, exit arrangement, update and maintain personal files etc.
- To provide administrative support in campus recruitment programme, e.g. download and save candidates’ CV and test paper, answer candidates’ enquiries
- To maintain HR data integrity and accurarncy in various HR systems.
- To prepare regular HR reporting and handling of AskHR enquiry and update of Articles and FAQ for Business Partner Team
- To support the delivery of key annual HR processes including annual review process, performance management and talent management etc.
- To maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws, and regulations
Required qualification and experiences:
- Degree qualified.
- Desirable to have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with other departments.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes, practices and local employment laws.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word; knowledge of 'Workday' is an advantage
