Facilitate customer to clear card debts and other outstanding loans
Help analyse customer's financial status to solve their financial problem
Personalized debt consolidation plan tailored for customers
Provide excellent customer services to clients
Provide workable and constructive feedback to the Manager to improve process flows & system logic for better efficiency
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above
Minimum 2 years related experience in loan products
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Proactive, good telephone manner and customer-oriented
Fluent in spoken Cantonese, intermediate in English and Mandarin
Knowledge of basic computer skills and input methods in Chinese and English
