Responsibilities:
Lead HRIS projects in collaboration with HR COEs to identify system requirements.
Drive and oversee the implementation of HR transformation projects, ensuring seamless development, implementation, and maintenance of all HR systems.
Facilitate HRIS integrations and data flow across systems, supporting UAT.
Collaborate with senior management to translate business needs into project plans, including prioritization, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Conduct system testing, upgrades, and the implementation of new modules or features.
Proactively identify and address issues to enhance user experience and optimize HRIS integrations.
Identify communication and training needs and develop relevant materials for stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HRIS implementation, with experience in SAP HR modules; familiarity with SuccessFactors is a significant advantage
Excellent problem-solving abilities, interpersonal skills, communication skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Exposure to HR digital transformation projects, consulting, or software implementations is advantageous.
Proficiency in English and Chinese languages.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Manager role.
