Manager, Programme Admin (Hong Kong Art School)
Job Duties
Report directly to Registrar, Academic.
To oversee academic programme administrative services, e.g. student admission, enrollment, timetabling, programme operation, exchange and scholarship logistics etc.
To assist in quality assurance, academic accreditation, and development/enhancement of the School’s operational policies and regulations in accordance with the requirements of the governance bodies.
To conduct regular review on workflows, guidelines and procedures, and to liaise with internal and external parties, including academic collaborators, to ensure operational effectiveness.
To oversee the handling and the maintenance of students’ records, and to contribute and lead (if necessary) the development and implementation of systems and procedures associated with the collection and the management of student data, including but not limited to data required for collating academic transcripts and compiling annual reports of various natures.
To oversee the arrangements for induction/ orientation of new students.
To perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Working location: Youth Square, Chai Wan
Requirements
Degree holder with at least 7 years of relevant working experience in tertiary education sector, or other related fields.
With leadership and staff supervisory skills.
Very good communication and writing skills in English and Chinese, proficiency in PC operation.
Detail-oriented, proactive, independent, have strong sense of responsibility and possess good organization and problem-solving skills.
Preferably with interest and understanding of local art education.
Immediate available is preferred.
