Our client is a well-known foreign bank with a strong presence. They are seeking a detail-oriented Business Manager to support the front-line Global Markets team. This role is essential in facilitating operations and ensuring smooth coordination across various functions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage approvals, regulatory compliance, and operational tasks to streamline processes within the Global Markets team.
• Set up meetings, compile necessary documents, and remind team members of critical deadlines and tasks.
• Work with diverse product lines including Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange (FX), and REPO, ensuring alignment with local and group operations.
• Collaborate with regional and global counterparts to ensure effective communication and execution of business strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business management or support roles within financial markets.
• Strong understanding of fixed income products, FX, and REPO operations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in English, with strong communication skills to liaise with regional and global teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
